Delivery & Returns
Devanet have a strict policy concerning return of goods, this is to ensure that accurate information is documented concerning the reason for the return and if this is due to a fault or incorrect order by the customer. In addition, any order shipped with any form of customisation such as a custom colour, engraving, design, bespoke packaging will not be accepted for return under any circumstances. Customised, bespoke designed products have to go through an approval process before execution of any customisation, this ensures the goods are completed with approval by the customer. If the customer waives the approval process, Devanet accepts no responsibility if the customer has provided incorrect information. If the request for a return is due to faulty workmanship this is a warranty claim and will be dealt with under our terms of warranty. If any goods are supplied faulty, the customer must notify Devanet within 7 working days in writing following receipt of goods, detailing the reason for the request to return goods and the nature of any fault. Devanet will advise the customer on the next steps how to proceed and a returns note issued if applicable for the customer to apply to the goods. Return postage and safe return of any goods are the customers responsibility. Note: Any damage, scratches, signs of wear will invalidate the claim and goods will not be accepted for return. No goods will be accepted without a returns note issued by Devanet.
